ARTICLE V - DURATION The period of duration of the corporation's existence shall be limited to one hundred years. ARTICLE VI - PROPERTY To obtain land or other property, real or personal, through purchase or other means and to construct buildings for the use of its members and associates in furtherance of the purposes set forth in Article II hereto, shall be the aim of the Foundation - likewise to sell, lease, or otherwise convey to others any of such properties by legal and ethical means. ARTICLE VII - POWERS AND AUTHORITY Said corporation shall have all the capacity, authority and power it is entitled to under the laws of the State of New Mexico, whether or not expressly set out herein. This Corporation shall be authorized to exercise the powers permitted non-profit corporations under Chapter 51-14-30 of the New Mexico Statutes. ARTICLE VIII - DISSOLUTION Upon dissolution of this organization, all of its assets remaining after payment of all costs and expenses of such dissolution shall be distributed to: An organization or organizations, whether incorporated or unincorporated, having similar ideals and purposes, and being non-profit in their operation, or to a state or local govemment for a public purpose. None of the assets will be distributed to any member, officer or trustee of this Corporation. It shall be the responsibility of the Board of Trustees or its executive administrator to determine in what manner and to which organization the assets shall be distributed.
